Jeff started helping people buy and sell real estate in Idaho in 2006. This followed a 30 year career in a variety of customer service, project management, and leadership positions at a nationwide telecommunications company. He enjoys helping clients identify their real estate and financial goals and then uses a versatile combination of technologies, systems, and customer service skills to help them achieve those goals.
Jeff has managed his own investment properties since 1989 and has acquired the skills to help investors effectively purchase income-generating real estate. He also has experience selling and buying resort/vacation property in the Valley and Boise county areas, along with experience marketing ranch property in Gem, Boise, and Owyhee counties.
Jeff is constantly increasing his knowledge in the Real Estate business and has completed the course work required to obtain the prestigious GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation. He then went on to complete course work and pass the examinations required to obtain an Associate Broker license.
In 2013 his wife, Val, became a licensed Realtor and the two of them own and operate Idaho Home Sweet Home Realty Group, LLC under designated broker Keller Williams Realty Boise. Jeff handles most of the listings and Val works mostly with buyer clients.
