We have helped over 255 families and investors purchase homes in the last 7 years. We have a passion for helping all buyers and being a guide through the process.

About me: I was born in Japan and grew up in a military family, moving every three years. We moved to Oregon, when my father retired and I went to Junction City High School. Work in the hospitality industry took me to California, where I met and married my husband of 28 years. I ran and owned a Bed and Breakfast (on 142 Acres) for 13 years and helped with the largest multi-city festival in the state of California. We went through the 2008 crash as business owners and when the economy recovered, I sold that business and went into real estate. Soon we moved to Idaho to have a more busines friendly life and work on our real estate portfolio. We have three amazing adult children, who all live in Boise.

Passion: I love investing in real estate and enjoy multi-family, single family, short term rentals (str), and residential income. Because of my passion, I also love helping others invest and search for opportunities.

Freetime: I love biking, running, hiking, reading and painting.
