Born and raised in Idaho, Kim has a passion for the outdoors and the beautiful state of Idaho that she lives in. Her background in banking, staging, and sales make her skills as a realtor a great fit with her passion for people, love of houses, and ability to be a fierce negotiator. Enjoying the outdoors is what she loves, so when not helping her clients with real estate you can probably find her camping with her husband of almost 25 years and 3 boys. She enjoys snowmobiling, fishing, boating, riding ATV’s and exploring the back woods of Idaho. Kim started in real estate in April of 2016, in her first two years she sold over 50 homes and was nominated “Best of Treasure Valley Top 3 Realtors” In her 3rd year in real estate she sold just under 10 million in sales and is passionate about people. Integrity, work ethic and giving are high on her list and it shows in everything she does. For listings, she goes above and beyond for each and every one including FREE professional photography and staging. And for her buyers, she is a fierce negotiator and will make sure that her clients get the best deal possible.
